Kundalini Yoga Meditation Class

This is weekly meditation class for all levels, from beginners to advanced, based on the sacred science of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Space is extremely limited. Classes are intentionally small to provide care and support within a small group of like-minded individuals. During the first part of class we focus on breath awareness, meditation, and light stretching to balance the mind and nervous system.
