Kundalini Yoga Meditation Class

This is weekly meditation class for all levels, from beginners to advanced, based on the sacred science of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Space is extremely limited. Classes are intentionally small to provide care and support within a small group of like-minded yogis. We focus on breath awareness, meditation, and light stretching to balance the mind and nervous system. Fridays 2:30pm-3:30pm. $60 per 6 weeks coarse. Summer session beginning soon.

Eating Disorder Support Workshop

A highly experiential small group setting to learn and practice simple, targeted, and proven skills to recover your relationship with food, your body, and yourself. Get the benefits of working closely with Erika, an eating disorder specialist, and building support and connection with a small group of like-minded individuals. This is a phenomenal self-exploratory, heart opening, 6 week workshop that is jam packed with stress busting & life elevating tools. Class begins September 6, 2018. Thursday evenings from 7:00pm-8:30pm. Payment plans available. Cost is ony $240. Space is limited.
