MEDITATION CLASS SERIES

Our meditation class-series are cozy and small by design. Each class takes you on a journey of the heart and provides a safe place to heal and transform with like-minded friends. Crafted with a variety of meditation techniques to help you feel lighter and more balanced with every experience. Each class is a mixture of breath work, mantra, mindfulness, & sound healing with the beautiful current of the sacred Gong. Deep relaxation and self-care inevitably becomes a part of you. All levels are welcome from beginners to advanced.

Our meditation classes are held as a 4 week class-series and typically fill-up a month or two in advance. Participants love the monthly format knowing that they are transforming with like-hearted classmates and gaining healthy lifestyle practices to help keep their vibration strong and radiant beyond what a single class can offer.
